Conditions of participation
By entering the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation. Each participant must declare his or her knowledge and express agreement with the following conditions of participation. This is done by clicking a box to be checked during the participation.
Participation:
To participate, the user has to give his email address and submit his solutions via the form. The closing date is December 31th, 2025. Submissions that are not made using the form will not be considered.
Participation in general:
Organizer of the quiz is scia Systems GmbH.
Only persons who have been invited to this quiz by email or post may participate. Each person entitled to participate may participate in the quiz only once.
scia Systems GmbH is entitled to exclude single persons from participation, if there are legitimate reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation etc., and reserves the right to take legal action.
Data protection:
By participating, the participant expressly agrees that scia Systems may store the e-mail address and the answers for the duration of the competition and use them for the handling of the competition. The participant is free to revoke his consent to the storage and use of his e-mail address marketing@scia-systems.com at any time and thus withdraw from the participation. Further information can be found in our privacy policy. There is no other transfer or disclosure to other third parties.
Drawing of lots:
Participation from 18 years. The winners will be randomly drawn among all participants at the end of the competition.
The winners will be informed by email in January 2026 and will then receive their prize by post.
scia Systems GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the quiz at any time without prior notice or reason. scia Systems GmbH shall make use of this right in particular if, for technical, safety, or legal reasons, a proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
The right to take legal action is excluded.
